Pete was recommended to me by a friend when I had a blocked outdoor drain. He was cheerful and friendly on the phone, able to come to the property quickly, and communicated very clearly about the likely problem, the time it would take, what the cost would be and when he would arrive at the house. He solved the problem very fast and showed us what we needed to do if it happened again. I'd been dreading calling someone to fix the drain but Pete made everything very easy and straightforward, and was a lovely guy to have around too. Thanks Pete - I highly recommend your service!

Pete was really friendly and helpful, quickly finding what was blocking the front drain and also cleaning the drains out the back as well. He showed me everything he was doing and explained it all in clear terms. He was upfront with costs which were very fair, and arrived exactly when he said he would. We had an intermittent awful smell coming from our utility room, Pete diagnosed the problem quickly (blocked drain on the driveway) and was able to resolve it during that visit. He was so knowledgable, explaining everything as he was doing it, and let me watch the process. He is an absolute hero doing the job he does, not everyone could do it, but you can tell that Pete knows his stuff and is really passionate about it.
